At least 7 years of experience in civil litigation and trial work, ideally within a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Strong academic background, including a bachelor’s degree and a paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited institution
Exceptional writing, analytical, and organizational skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proven experience preparing for and assisting at trials and arbitrations
Familiarity with document review platforms such as DISCO and Relativity
Excellent professional references demonstrating integrity, reliability, and performance under pressure
