Customer Service Agent
NextLevel Staffing is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Agent to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client support, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction across various communication channels.

Responsibilities
Provide replies to customer inquiries promptly
Create shipment reports on demand from customers and branch management
Arrange pick-up or delivery of shipments from customer or vendor
Print documents for shipments, then assemble and distribute as required for export or import
Distribute required shipment documents to customers, then make and assemble copies to be retained in office for record keeping purposes
Provide service and support to customers and overseas offices regarding status, transit, or irregularities of shipments
Utilize non-conformance tool to record any service irregularities to provide corrective actions
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in call center or customer support roles is preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and typing accuracy
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required
Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies is advantageous
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
