Responsibilities

Lead and support strategic sourcing projects, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
Manage supplier and contract manufacturer relationships; support business reviews (BRMs)
Prepare, review, and manage RFPs/RFQs/RFIs with cross-functional stakeholders
Support sourcing needs from development through commercialization
Coordinate internal and supplier meetings; track actions and decisions
Resolve complex issues and communicate risks and progress to leadership

Required

8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech or relevant manufacturing environment
BA/BS required; MA/MBA or PhD may substitute for experience
Experience managing CMOs and/or direct material suppliers
Strong ERP experience (SAP preferred)
Knowledge of CMC development, GMPs, and FDA regulations (21 CFR Parts 11, 210, 211, 820)
Proven cross-functional leadership and contract negotiation experience
Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Up to 20% domestic/international travel

Preferred

Strong ERP experience (SAP preferred)
Combination products experience preferred
