Support daily import and export operations and shipment tracking
Prepare and review international shipping and trade documentation
Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and external partners
Assist with compliance-related processes and trade requirements
Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems
Help troubleshoot and resolve shipment issues or discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in import/export, international logistics, or global supply chain operations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear written and verbal communication abilities
Preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar systems
