Responsibilities
Operate a LAN connected company computer to check-in and checkout construction drawings and supplemental documents to the workforce
Maintain accurate accountability records of the overall drawing inventory by updating documents and disposing of superseded documents
Establish and maintain a uniform filing system
Perform various general office duties such as faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and phone operations
Comprehend and follow work procedures, processes, and instructions
Physically transition to other locations as needed
Work independently and lift at least 40 lbs. repeatedly in the performance of duties
Qualification
Required

Communicate well both written and verbally
Comprehend and follow work procedures, processes and instructions
Physically transition to other locations as needed
Work independently
Lift at least 40 lbs. repeatedly in the performance of their duties
Be 18 years of Age or Older and Legally Eligible to Work in the U.S
Climb ladders and work at extreme heights
Kneel, squat, crawl, bend, stoop, and climb on a daily basis
Work while repeatedly reaching overhead
Work assigned shift as production needs

High School Graduate Or Equivalent Is Preferred
