Responsibilities

Design innovative heat extraction elements, heat sinks, cold plates, and airflow systems
Leverage hands-on lab experience to prototype, test, and validate performance from concept to production
Model thermal components
Execute experiments with thermocouples and sensors
Analyze data against simulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturability and reliability

Required

BS or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
3+ years designing/evaluating/validating heat solutions for electronics such as heat sinks, heat pipes, or other structures
Strong lab proficiency in test setups and instrumentation
Cleanroom experience in semiconductor

Preferred

familiarity with thermal CFD tool
