Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for connectivity data and related systems
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and process flows for development teams
Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment
Support testing and validation of delivered solutions, maintaining traceability between requirements and deliverables
Collaborate on application modernization and data integration/reporting initiatives
Contribute to operational transparency and compliance by enhancing reporting capabilities
Maintain and update documentation to ensure compliance with DTCC standards
Provide input on design decisions and recommend optimizations for proposed solutions

Required

Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Proven experience in business analysis within financial services or technology environments
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Proficiency in creating functional specifications, process flows, and requirements documentation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with modernization projects, data integration concepts, and reporting tools
Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or similar)
