Customer Service/ Office Assistant Manager

Nautical Boat Club – Irmo at Lake Murray Marina is seeking a Customer Service–Assistant Office Manager to be the friendly, professional face of their location while supporting operational and administrative tasks. This role involves managing member interactions, reservations, and financial tracking, while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Hospitality

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, in person and over the phone
Manage reservations, member check-ins, payments, and daily reporting
Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced marina environment
Support office administration and daily operations
Assist with bookkeeping and financial tracking using QuickBooks Online
Work closely with location leadership, dock staff, and members
Financial tracking and reporting
Invoice processing and reconciliations
Payroll and administrative coordination
Operational organization and process improvement

Qualification

QuickBooks OnlineCustomer serviceOffice administrationAttention to detailOrganizational skills

Required

QuickBooks Online experience (required)
Background as an Assistant Office Manager, Office Administrator, or similar role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
Ability to work weekends and maintain schedule flexibility, especially during peak boating season
Comfortable in a busy, people-facing environment
