Regional Marketing Specialist
ALOIS Solutions is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist to support regional marketing managers with account research, marketing programs, and operational processes. The role involves assisting with logistics, financial processes, and data presentation to drive marketing success in the Enterprise segment.
Responsibilities
Assist with program and event logistics like venue research, vendor management and sourcing, and swag shipment and tracking
Assist with procurement and financial processes related to regional marketing programs
Assist with pulling, enriching, and presenting field marketing program data like attendees/registrants per segment, open pipeline across registrations, account owners for 3rd party lists, etc
Assist with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation and maintenance
Co-manage maintenance of marketing playbooks for key regional marketing series
Support Sr. Regional Marketing Managers with various other special projects
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing
Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Slides and Docs)
Proactive, self-motivated, innovative, and collaborative
Proven ability to work well with all levels of management and peers
Excellent Project Management skills
Close attention to detail with an emphasis on process management and meeting critical deadlines
Experience in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment
Highly organized
Task and detail oriented
Preferred
Experience with events is a plus
Should be with the technology the team uses: Marketo, Salesforce, Google Workspace
