They are seeking a highly motivated Information Technology Sales Consultant to generate leads and sell key IT services to small and medium business markets, while effectively managing the sales process and client relationships.

Responsibilities

Generate leads and successfully sell our key IT services to small and medium business markets independently
Follow up on sales leads through outbound campaigns
Qualify prospective clients’ IT infrastructure needs
Schedule and assist with presentations to prospects throughout the sales process
Contribute to and maintain the prospect database
Support marketing initiatives
Attend local, regional, and virtual networking events
Execute outreach across multiple channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn, focusing on small to mid-market companies
Navigate gatekeepers and professionally counter common objections regarding IT budgets or existing vendor relationships
Conduct brief, high-impact discovery calls to identify and qualify immediate IT needs, such as dissatisfaction with current MSP providers or cybersecurity gaps
Use AI-powered tools and buyer intent signals to prioritize "warm" prospects likely to need Prescient’s MSP services
Log all activities and maintain precise notes in a CRM tool such as HubSpot

Required

Eight plus years of experience with business to business sales
Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Experience selling within the IT Services and managed services provider industries
Experience using social media to prospect and market new business opportunities
Proficient with Microsoft Office, contact database software, and web-based presentation applications
Member of multiple professional networks
Highly motivated, resilient, and self-starting
Detail-oriented with excellent time management, communication and professional presentation skills
Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
