Digital Product Owner
Partner's Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Digital Product Owner who will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the development and delivery of digital solutions that enhance partner and customer experiences. The role involves defining detailed feature specifications, prioritizing the backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
Represent the business by defining feature requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring relevant teams clearly understand what is being delivered, and why
Collaborate with product owners and SMEs across the group to identify dependencies, mitigate roadblocks, and ensure the timely release of features
Manage and update the roadmap to set expectations for stakeholders on the delivery of new features
Make sure stakeholders are regularly updated on the status of development, roadblocks, milestones, and releases
Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
Participate in team ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint review, sprint planning, and other meetings
Coordinate end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) as required
Work closely with the development team, providing clarifications, resolving questions, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product increments
Continuously monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and generate insights to drive data-informed product enhancements and optimizations
Work with Architecture / Tech Lead to refine features and user stories (PBIs) and design solutions that deliver value to the customer
Review / Demos – provides feedback early and often to the team around development of features
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent team player with proven ability to influence
Highly adaptable to a changing environment
An analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision making
Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements
Experience with Investment Funding, Agile operations, and Waterfall
Preferred
Previous experience working in an Agile environment preferred
Previous experience working in the Financing industry is a plus
