Responsibilities

Lead execution of live M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates
Build and review complex financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, comps)
Draft client presentations, management presentations, CIMs, and other marketing materials
Conduct due diligence, coordinate with legal, accounting, and consulting advisors
Mentor and manage analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient workflow
Participate in client meetings and calls, contributing strategic insights and deal structuring ideas

Required

2-4 years of investment banking experience, ideally with exposure to healthcare services or M&A-heavy environments
Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation
