Entry Level Sales Manager
Elevation Global is a rapidly growing sales and consulting firm based in Austin, TX. They are currently seeking driven, competitive, and growth-minded individuals to join their team as Entry Level Sales Managers, focusing on developing leadership skills while gaining direct experience in sales, team development, and client relations.
Responsibilities
Lead by example through direct, face-to-face sales in a retail environment
Assist in training, coaching, and developing entry-level team members
Support daily sales operations and help drive team performance
Educate customers on current promotions, products, and brand offerings
Represent Elevation Global and its clients professionally at all times
Track performance metrics and contribute to sales strategy discussions
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve basic customer concerns
Collaborate with leadership to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
