Responsibilities

Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other lawn treatments using proper equipment and techniques
Communicate professionally with customers and answer basic service questions
Explain Lawn Squad programs and recommend additional services when appropriate
Complete service calls following company procedures
Maintain clean, safe, and organized vehicles and equipment
Document treatments and stay in communication with customers to help prevent lawn issues
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Coordinate with branch staff as needed to support customer needs

Qualification

Lift 50 lbsWork independentlyCustomer service skillsCommunication skills

Required

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record that qualifies for company vehicle use
Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable working outdoors in different weather
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently after training
Reliable and able to meet daily route expectations
