Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle A/R for an assigned customer portfolio
Apply and reconcile payments (ACH, wire, checks/lockbox); resolve unapplied cash, short-pays, and overpayments
Research billing issues, deductions, and account discrepancies; partner with internal teams to resolve root causes
Monitor aging and follow up on past-due balances with professional, customer-focused communication
Maintain the cash receipts journal and reconcile the A/R sub-ledger to the general ledger
Maintain customer account documentation and respond to account questions and corrections
Support month-end close with A/R reconciliations and reporting
Qualification
Required
3+ years of accounts receivable and customer account management experience
Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills
Comfortable working in an ERP system and Excel
