Responsibilities
Assist with or service a book of commercial lines accounts in a manner that promotes an excellent level of customer satisfaction
Assist the Commercial Account Manager in managing a book of business
Provide support for Account Manager(s) as needed
Manage a book of business on your own, A to Z
Quoting and preparing proposals on new and renewal business
Aid in collections and review accounts to prevent gaps and/or lapses in coverage
Follow workflows, guidelines, and procedures
Work closely with Producer(s) to provide superior customer service while achieving optimal success
Uphold the agency’s reputation in a professional manner when dealing with prospects, clients, carriers, and colleagues
Manage a book of business that has large, intricate accounts
Work closely with Producer(s) and go on sales calls as needed
Provide expertise to seal the deal with new clients
Qualification
Required
P&C Licensed Insurance
At least 1 year of experience managing a book of business on your own for Commercial Account Managers
At least 1 year of experience for entry level Commercial P&C Licensed Assistants
At least 7 years' experience for Commercial Lines Account Executive
Ability to manage a book of business A to Z
Experience in quoting and preparing proposals on new and renewal business
Ability to aid in collections and review accounts to prevent gaps and/or lapses in coverage
Ability to follow workflows, guidelines, and procedures
Ability to provide superior customer service while achieving optimal success
Professional manner of conducting business when dealing with prospects, clients, carriers, and colleagues
Ability to manage large, intricate accounts for Commercial Line Account Executives
Experience working closely with Producers and going on sales calls
Considered to be a seasoned, high level insurance person
