Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2-5 years customer service experience
Familiarity with accounting software and office applications
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to remain composed under pressure and high call volume
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
High ethical standards and discretion with sensitive information
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
