Manager, Grants Administration

Responsibilities

Planning, coordinating, and obtaining information from departments/ staff for grant submission, ensuring timely CME compliant updates to supporter grant portals
Managing flow of grants, maintaining and reporting of grant tracking
Collaborating with internal team members to manage grant submissions
Editing and formatting grant proposals
Adapting grant documents to meet requirements of different supporter needs and portals
Submitting grant proposals, adhering to grant portal requirements, and creating relevant accompanying documents (eg, letters of request, etc.)
Creating proposal budgets using existing templates
Adapting program budgets into templates required by each supporter
Identifying Request for Proposals (RFPs) or Call for Grant Applications (CGAs) within relevant therapeutic areas
Responding to supporters’ requests for information (RFI) and address changes of scope (COS) as needed
Updating various management systems to track grant submissions, including Salesforce

Required

A Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years' experience in grants administration
Customer service orientation
Flexibility and independency while working in a fast-paced environment
Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at a time
Superior organizational and time-management skills with acute attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work extended hours and/or weekends, as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce

Preferred

Prior experience in health communication or continuing medical education (CME/CE) a plus!
