Responsibilities

Conduct quarter-end client fee billing for investment advisory and asset management arrangements across multiple custodians
Process ad hoc and intra-quarter billing for accounts entering or leaving the platform
Support fee calculation validation, data uploads, and reconciliation activities to ensure billing accuracy
Research and resolve billing exceptions, rejections, or discrepancies in collaboration with custodians and internal Operations and Client Service teams
Assist with advisory fee testing and documentation in partnership with the Compliance team
Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly billing summaries, variance analyses, and internal reports
Support audits, reconciliations, and ad hoc reporting requests related to advisory fees
Coordinate information for internal stakeholders and external partners as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in billing, financial operations, or back-office functions, preferably within an RIA, broker-dealer, or financial services firm
Familiarity with advisory fee structures, custodians, and investment account billing processes
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines
Effective communication and collaboration skills
