Accounting Manager – Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation (Hotel, Supply Chain & Inventory)
LHH is a large, complex hospitality and resort organization seeking an Accounting Manager with deep Oracle Fusion ERP experience to support supply chain and inventory-related accounting. This hands-on role involves serving as the subject-matter expert for accounting processes, leading process improvements, and collaborating with operational and finance teams across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Oracle Fusion ERP subject-matter expert for accounting and supply chain processes
Support inventory accounting, income audit, and operational accounting activities
Partner with operational and finance teams across multiple locations
Lead ERP-related process improvements and system optimizations
Support post-implementation enhancements following an ERP conversion
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and finance leadership
Drive automation, efficiency, and strong internal controls
Qualification
Required
Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller experience in a large or complex organization
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP (supply chain and inventory strongly preferred)
Systems-focused mindset with experience improving processes and controls
Comfortable operating independently in a hands-on role (no direct reports initially)
Growth-oriented professional interested in long-term leadership development
Preferred
Big 4 audit or internal audit background is a plus
