The Process Integration Engineering Intern will work closely with the engineering team on projects related to process yield and improvements, analyzing data, and developing solutions.

Responsibilities
Define opportunities for improvement based on risk or performance against a key metric (yield, performance, capability, cost, delivery)
Gather and analyze data that that enhances the understanding of the problem
Develop and test hypotheses of the root cause
Develop and implement solutions
Summarize findings and communicate across key stakeholders
Document and globalize learning
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs
Qualification
Required
Education – Actively pursuing a bachelor or master's in engineering, materials science, chemistry or physics or related field
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Travel as needed - Up to 10%
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship
Preferred
Prior related internship or co-op experience
Project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning & organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
