Marketing Project Manager
Profiles is a leading creative and marketing workforce solutions provider, seeking a Marketing Project Manager for a fully remote, 6-month contract opportunity. The role involves managing complex, omni-channel marketing projects while ensuring accountability to project milestones and delivering consistent project status reporting to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a high volume of concurrent omni-channel marketing projects from intake through delivery, aligning work to annual brand, product, and value campaigns
Orchestrate cross-functional and cross-divisional teams, serving as the primary liaison to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution
Ensure accountability to project milestones by providing clear direction, removing barriers, escalating risks as needed, and maintaining delivery within scope and budget
Deliver consistent project status reporting to stakeholders, ensuring visibility into milestones, deliverables, decisions, risks, and issues
Drive continuous improvement by standardizing workflows, improving resource efficiency, and applying innovative project management practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing complex, omni-channel marketing projects across digital, social, print, and emerging platforms
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence peers, partners, and mid-level leaders in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, change management, and status reporting
High business acumen with a value-based decision-making mindset focused on impact, cost, and outcomes
Hands-on experience using work management tools (e.g., Workfront) to manage requirements, schedules, documentation, and resource tracking
