Responsibilities
Advising employers across industries on complex workplace matters, including compliance strategy, employee relations, internal investigations, terminations, reductions in force, executive employment issues, and the development and implementation of policies and handbooks
Serving as strategic advisor to ownership, executives, and HR leadership, helping clients navigate risk, culture, and decision making with clarity and confidence
Building long-term advisory relationships with clients and firm leadership
Shaping matters, guiding outcomes, and developing a practice within a collaborative environment
Qualification
Required
Seven to ten years of experience as a Labor & Employment Attorney
Demonstrated history of serving as primary employment counsel to business clients
Ability to provide trusted advice and counsel
Experience in advising employers on complex workplace matters, including compliance strategy, employee relations, internal investigations, terminations, reductions in force, executive employment issues, and the development and implementation of policies and handbooks
Strong relationship-building skills to work directly with clients and firm leadership
Ability to navigate risk, culture, and decision making with clarity and confidence
