Support the implementation, training, and ongoing optimization of Diagnostic and Radiology healthcare software solutions
Working directly with customers

Collaborating closely with project managers, implementation teams, sales, and support functions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with relevant application consulting and training experience or equivalent work experience
5+ years of application consulting, training, or equivalent experience
Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve software and product issues via onsite, phone, and remote tools
Advanced knowledge of PC hardware and software
Advanced knowledge of operating systems
Advanced knowledge of training, testing, and troubleshooting methodologies
Core technical knowledge including Microsoft OS
Core technical knowledge including Microsoft Office
Core technical knowledge including advanced PC literacy
Core technical knowledge including basic networking
Core technical knowledge including databases
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Self-starter with strong organization, discipline, and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences
Experience working directly with customers in a professional services or consulting capacity
