Responsibilities
Track and manage design team capacity and utilization across six value streams
Assign work based on skill alignment, availability, and priority
Oversee intake process and ensure clarity of requests and timelines
Produce reporting, dashboards, and workload insights in Asana
Support workflow optimization and upcoming Asana-to-Workfront migration
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting design / UX / creative teams (non-negotiable)
Strong hands-on experience with Asana (reporting, multi-homing, dashboards)
Knowledge of product development workflows and Agile environments
Resource management, traffic management, or DesignOps/CreativeOps background
Preferred
Workfront experience or tool migration experience
Familiarity with FigJam, Figma, Jira, Airtable
Exposure to product design organizations (not marketing-only)
