Responsibilities
Drive Product Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute product development opportunities to enhance the SAM Model Portfolios, as well as Asset Allocation Frameworks and related content
Develop and Manage Institutional and Retail Collateral: Oversee the creation and management of a comprehensive suite of marketing and client-facing materials that support sales and engagement
Collaborate with CSTC: Work closely with Charles Schwab Trust Company (CSTC) to support partnership models and ensure alignment of strategy and client needs
Qualification
Required
10+ years of financial services experience and a strong understanding of the asset management industry
5+ years of Asset Management Product Management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Strong established knowledge of Multi-Asset Model Portfolios, including competitor offers, and related marketplace dynamics
Superior relationship-building skills and established ability to work across asset management functions and departments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to interact with and influence multiple levels of management
Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and is committed to serving the needs of investors
Highly organized and detail-orientated with an ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
