Responsibilities
Work within a team environment following standardized practices and department procedures
Process monthly and weekly union reports both manually and through on-line system
Requires understanding of internal software system including calculation of required payments
Work directly with accounts payable to process payments and rectify under/over payments
Enter new benefit deductions and wage rates
Process weekly fringe deductions for all trades
Run weekly and monthly JD Edwards reports
Enter employee fringe benefit and voluntary deduction authorizations into JDE
Research and process over/underpayment of fringe contribution payments
Update and Maintain department procedure manual
Respond to internal/external requests and inquiries
Qualification
Required
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Understanding of basic accounting functions
