Executive Assistant III

The Executive Assistant III provides high-level support to the Translational Research Institute Director, managing the Director’s calendar, travel, and administrative activities.

Responsibilities
Provides high level assistance with day to day institute operations to the Director and TRI leadership
Responsible for all matters relative to the Director’s calendar, travel, presentations, correspondence, communications and administrative events and activities
Develops faculty biosketches, graphics, tables, figures and provides editing and formatting for federal grant submissions
Arranges and coordinates special projects and events for the Director and TRI leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or related field plus 4 years administrative support experience, preferably at the executive level OR high school diploma/GED plus 8 years administrative support experience, preferably at the executive level
Executive level administrative support
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel) and videoconferencing tools (i.e., Zoom, WebEx)
