Responsibilities

Producing custom reports (leveraging SQL / Excel Templates / Word Templates )
Design custom tasks, data validation, workflows (SQL stored procedures / Yardi System Configuration)
Data Extracts / Interfaces / BI Dashboards
Working with clients to determine requirements
Technical Design
Solution Build and maintenance
UAT support
Go Live Support
Support our functional team with technical questions
Documentation of solutions

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Engineering Sciences or equivalent experience
2+ Years Experience of working in a project implementation or support of an ERP or accounting system
Technical Fluency in SQL (Queries / Stored Procedures / Triggers)
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel / VBA Macros / Word Templates and Mail Merge)
Ability to problem solve / adapt quickly to changing requests
Availability to attend some calls outside normal working hours with international clients
Proven strong ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to manage projects with multiple touch points
Background in an accounting or property management system a strong plus
Must be authorized to work in Ireland without sponsorship
