Responsibilities
Design and develop Semarchy xDM data models, workflows, survivorship, and matching rules
Configure Golden Records, data governance, and validation frameworks
Build inbound/outbound integrations using ETL tools, APIs, and file-based ingestion
Integrate MDM with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouses, and Data Lakes
Troubleshoot, optimize, and support MDM solutions in production
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM)
Hands-on experience with Semarchy xDM (mandatory)
Strong understanding of Golden Record, matching, survivorship, and data governance
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
Experience with ETL tools and REST/SOAP APIs
Preferred
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Exposure to data warehousing or data lakes
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
