Responsibilities
Build full five-statement financial models (Income Statement, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, CAPEX and OPEX) from a blank sheet under extreme time pressure
Engineer SPV-level capital stacks including equity, preferred equity, senior debt, mezzanine, and structured instruments
Translate PPM narrative directly into executable financial logic without interpretation errors
Validate assumptions, sources & uses, waterfalls, IRR/MOIC, sensitivity tables, and downside protection
Produce investor-grade outputs: summary tables, charts, stress cases, and return profiles
Maintain parallel models across dozens of concurrent SPVs without cross-contamination
Support capital raises with rapid revisions based on investor feedback in real time
Coordinate with legal, tax, and compliance counterparts to ensure alignment with Reg D structures
Enforce financial discipline across all projects; flag structural or economic failures immediately
Qualification
Required
15+ years of senior-level financial leadership
Demonstrated history of building and owning financial models tied directly to funded transactions
Deep experience with SPVs, PPMs, private placements, and project-based finance
Proven ability to operate under compressed timelines with no degradation in accuracy
Experience across infrastructure, technology, real estate, or capital-intensive projects
Absolute command of Excel / financial modeling tools (speed and accuracy are assumed)
Ability to work independently with minimal instruction
U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in the U.S. (non-negotiable)
Produce a complete, defensible financial model in under 6 hours after reviewing a 46-page PPM
Deliver all supporting financial schedules, assumptions, and investor-grade outputs within 24 hours of initial review
Models and outputs must be funding-ready on first delivery. Iterative hand-holding will not occur
