Responsibilities
Support the identification, validation, and auditing of installed assets across customer sites
Assist in reconciling asset records across internal systems (ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, etc.)
Help maintain accurate asset master data, including serial numbers, configurations, and customer associations, updates to web-portal
Assist with analyzing historical parts usage tied to specific assets or asset families
Support basic revenue modeling and forecasting activities for aftermarket parts
Perform data entry and cleanup related to aftermarket assets, parts, and service records
Support reconciliation of sales, parts, and asset data between systems
Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or errors and escalate findings to the team
Assist with ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests
Support documentation of processes and data standards as needed
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams on assigned projects
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filters, pivot tables preferred)
Ability to work with data accurately and consistently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
