Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing programs, aligned with business and product objectives, that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth
Develop multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, events, and digital) aligned to product and business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI
Partner with GTM and event lead on participation in industry events, webinars, and trade shows to maximize engagement and lead generation
Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform differentiated programs and targeted tactics
Work closely with commercial strategy, sales, product, and content teams to ensure alignment and maximize ROI
Analyze campaign results and report on KPIs to evaluate success and inform future initiatives
Qualification
Required
To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; Master's preferred
7-10+ years' experience in Marketing with a focus on growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing within healthcare, life sciences, life sciences technology, and/or media industries, required
Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Technical marketing skills including AdTech, SEO platforms, and Marketing Automation
Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to influence across teams
