Responsibilities

The Installation Engineer will be traveling to customer sites to support the installation and troubleshooting of robots in the field
Other responsibilities include taking detailed inventory of the equipment, interfacing with customers and team members, and understanding the reading of mechanical/electrical prints and schematics to determine the process of installing the robot

Qualification

Robot installationMechanical experienceRead mechanical printsTeam lead experienceField service experience

Required

Experience installing robots or heavy machinery
Strong Mechanical experience
Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical prints and schematics
Must be comfortable with domestic and international travel - up to 80%

Preferred

Team lead/supervisor experience preferred
Previous experience in a field service/heavy travel role preferred
