Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Performance Food Group is a broadline distributor that maintains unique relationships with various local customers. The Customer Service Representative is vital to the company's success, acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and serving as a liaison between customers and sales representatives.
Responsibilities
Processing orders & transactions
Answering questions about products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve problems
Support Sales in all aspects
Provides information to other departments based on customer feedback
Performs other related duties as assigned
Attend training and Customer Service meetings
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
6 - 12 months customer service, call center and / or related area
Customer Centric attitude with professional demeanor
Must be proficient in MS Office suite – Outlook, Word & especially Excel in a SharePoint environment
Preferred
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
1 - 2 years customer service, call center and / or related area within foodservice industry
Must work in office
