They are seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal to draft and finalize estate planning documents, assist with Medicaid planning, and communicate directly with clients regarding elder law matters.

Responsibilities
Draft and finalize estate planning documents including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, health care surrogates, living wills, and related instruments
Assist with Medicaid planning, asset protection strategies, and long-term care planning matters
Support trust administration and non-probate matters, including beneficiary notices, trustee correspondence, and asset transfers
Coordinate document execution, client meetings, and signing appointments
Communicate directly with clients in a professional and compassionate manner regarding estate planning and elder law matters
Manage drafting workflows, revisions, and attorney edits using WealthCounsel
Maintain organized case files and client records using Clio or similar case management software
Collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant work
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on estate planning paralegal experience
Strong drafting experience with wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents
Familiarity with Florida estate planning, elder law, and Medicaid-related concepts
Experience using WealthCounsel required
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience using Clio preferred
