Clinical Service Representative - FULLY REMOTE

The role involves managing clinical tasks related to communication with clients, assisting members with prescription benefits, and resolving issues within the claims processing system.

Responsibilities
Answer phone calls, emails, and faxes from members, clients, pharmacies, and physicians
Assist Member Care Representatives with clinical calls
Troubleshoot and resolve claim processing issues in the claims adjudication system
Communicate problems and concerns to management
Document relevant claims and prior authorization information in the system
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2-year college degree in a related field preferred
Two years of applicable experience preferred
Knowledge of claims processing
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Windows 10/11 PC (Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5+, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD), webcam, noise-canceling headset (no Mac or Chromebooks)
Preferred
Pharmacy experience is a plus
