This role involves maintenance and support of business IT clients, troubleshooting various IT equipment, and assisting with security camera systems installation. The technician will also participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support and may require travel to customer sites in the region.

Responsibilities
Maintenance and support of our business IT clients. This includes support of end user desktop/laptops, servers, printers, network equipment, VoIP systems, cloud services, and other IT related equipment
Answer calls from our customers and participate in an on-call rotation for after hours and outage support
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential user computers
Support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of existing security camera systems
Assist in the Installation of camera and cabling systems
Additional duties as needed by the company
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years old
Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must be able to pass both pre-employment and random drug tests
3-5 years relevant experience in the IT industry
Must have advanced computer skills and knowledge
Experience in Server, computer, network, and printer hardware required
Experience in Cloud Services such as M365, Azure, D365, Google Workspace, Etc. Required
CompTIA A+ certification or industry equivalent certification required
Preferred
Other Associate or Professional Level IT Certifications Preferred
