Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, appeals, hearings, and depositions
Assist in mediations and settlement negotiations
Be a team player
Embrace the challenge of assisting and educating public sector clients with the task of compliance with numerous Georgia legal requirements
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the State Bar of Georgia
2 to 5 years of Litigation experience
Professional knowledge of the Federal and Georgia rules of civil procedure
Experience with discovery in both Federal and Georgia courts
Experience with drafting and filing motions in both Federal and Georgia courts
Preferred
real estate experience preferred but not necessary
