Responsibilities

Monitor vendor and subcontractor performance, verify compliance with specifications, and recommend corrective actions
Manage material inventory, including scrap disposition and space‑planning requirements
Coordinate energy‑management projects and track savings against program objectives
Prepare and present status reports on facility‑related projects to senior leadership

Qualification

Required

BS degree in a related field
Leadership position in any field
Understanding of miscellaneous material management, including scrap disposition
Familiar with Facility operations, including Space Planning
Post-secondary degree
Demonstrated ability to coordinate work efforts of others
Demonstrated skill set to complete various types of assigned projects
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Must be able to work at least 3 days onsite
