Responsibilities
Proven track record mentoring junior engineers and leading cross‑functional software review boards (SRBs) or technical authority panels
Experience with Agile/SAFe or other iterative development frameworks applied to high‑integrity systems, including continuous‑integration/continuous‑deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for embedded targets
Proven software‑architecture leadership on at least one safety‑critical, real‑time program (e.g., missile flight‑control, hypersonic vehicle, or other DoD high‑performance system), with documented responsibility for defining system‑wide software frameworks, integration strategy, and verification/validation plans
Mentorship & technical authority: acted as the technical authority for software architecture, mentored senior and junior engineers, and produced training or guidance documents that elevated the program’s architectural competency
