Responsibilities
Ensure that projects are completed on cost and schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans
Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, Integration and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility
Ensure Engineering is coordinated across Program and suppliers
Qualification
Required
Prior technical project leadership experience
5+ years professional experience
Current Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required
Preferred
Prior project management experience and Control Account Management (CAM) experience
Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope
Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very sophisticated problems and implement constructive change
Experience in project management principals (Cost/Schedule/Technical)
Knowledge of program lifecycle and how early achievements may drive future costs
Experience using JIRA or Version 1 or similar tools for project planning and tracking
Experience throughout engineering lifecycle (system definition, design, build, test and operational deployment)
Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering
Demonstrated experience in Business Rhythm creation
Demonstrated experience presentation abilities
Demonstrated experience organizational skills
