Responsibilities
Own the Product Lifecycle: Manage all elements of the product lifecycle, including ideation, requirements definition, user story creation, testing and analysis, go-to-market strategy, and ongoing product support
Define Product Strategy: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, proactively identify market-changing opportunities, and translate business strategy into tangible product features
Lead Implementations: Act as a key point of contact for clients, leading implementation projects and ensuring that customer needs are successfully translated into our product
Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with the development team within their SDLC, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ensuring requirements are clearly understood and executed
Be the Voice of the Customer: Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and champion data-driven solutions that meet market demands
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in product management
2+ years of experience building or working with API integrations
4+ years of customer-facing implementation/consulting experience or equivalent
Proven ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously, balancing long-term strategy against immediate tactical execution
Strong analytic and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in SQL, statistical modeling, or similar data analysis tools
Strong documentation skills, translating business insights to product requirements for engineering teams
Excellent written, verbal, and oral presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and the executive team
Preferred
UI/UX research and/or design
Engineering, development, consulting, sales, or marketing
Regulated industries (healthcare, banking/finance/insurance, etc)
