Responsibilities

Calendaring hearings in Milana
Providing hearing information to attorneys
Reviewing and sorting mail
Audit Excel spreadsheets regarding case status
Maintain the department’s calendar system, calculating and entering deadlines for State and Federal courts
Track important legal and filing deadlines for high-volume caseload
Docket hearings, discovery, and all information as it relates to court findings
Schedule depositions, mediations, court appearances, and similar tasks
Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office

Qualification

Calendaring in Personal InjuryCourt rulesMicrosoft Office SuiteDetail orientedTyping speed 40 WPMBilingual in Spanish

Required

Knowledge of local court rules, procedures, and timelines for filing deadlines
Detail oriented with the ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
Type at least 40 WPM

Preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience calendaring in Personal Injury preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
