Responsibilities

Upgrade, install, patch, and remediate vulnerabilities in Oracle RDBMS products and services on Linux servers
Manage and maintain a complex Oracle RDBMS production environment
Upgrade, install, patch, and remediate vulnerabilities in Oracle eBusiness Suite applications on Linux servers
Ensure seamless integration and performance with other enterprise systems
Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle eBusiness Suite-related issues
Understand and manage the complexities of NoSQL databases in scalable, high-performance environments
Work with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra
Perform database patching, design, vulnerability remediation, and complex query development on Windows and Linux servers
Must be flexible and willing to work on-call, overnight, and weekends as required

Required

Proven experience managing Oracle RDBMS, Oracle eBusiness Suite, and/or NoSQL databases
Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and advanced query writing
Proficiency in UNIX/Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in high-availability, production-critical environments
Minimum of 4 years Oracle production support DBA experience, specifically with: RMAN, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Real Application Clusters (RAC)
Experience with large, multi-node RAC databases
Proven experience supporting Oracle 19c databases
Knowledge of or experience with PostgreSQL
Must be flexible and willing to work on-call, overnight, and weekends as required
8 to 12 years of relevant professional experience required
A degree from an accredited college or university in a related field is required
If the degree is not in the applicable field, four additional years of related experience may substitute
