Responsibilities

Assemble production robots and components according to specifications
Report quality and process issues to Production Supervisor
Maintain safe working environment following company and industry standards
Manage material handling and distribution to work stations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualification

Assembly experienceHand tools proficiencyMass production experienceMachine shop equipmentTask prioritizationOSHA knowledgeAttention to detailEffective communicationTeam collaboration

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years experience in mass production environments
1+ year experience in assembly, maintenance/repair, and/or working with hand tools, etc
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Ability to prioritize competing tasks
Collaborative team player

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Experience in automotive, aerospace, industrial, or electromechanical manufacturing
Machine shop equipment experience
OSHA knowledge
