Responsibilities
AI-Enhanced Project Coordination and Workflow Optimization: Leveraging AI systems to achieve optimal scheduling, resource distribution, status updates, and promoting AI tool adoption to automate routine tasks and refine workflows
Escalation Oversight: Addressing escalations and guiding critical decisions to ensure timely achievement of project milestones
AI-Generated Reporting and Predictive Intelligence: Applying AI to produce comprehensive project reports and predictive analytics, strengthening project communication and stakeholder engagement
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within defined scope, and within allocated budget, while upholding high quality standards and customer satisfaction through effective AI integration
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 2 years of project management experience within the software industry
PMP or PRINCE2 certification
Demonstrated experience across the following project management disciplines: Project status reporting; Effort, schedule, and cost variance analysis; Earned value management; Risk assessment and mitigation; RAG (Red/Amber/Green) status reporting; Scope change management
Proven use of GenAI tools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude, to enhance productivity
