Responsibilities
Be involved in content creation for owned social including shooting and editing content, sourcing content from UGC and brainstorming new content ideas
Support the team on channel analysis through weekly, monthly, competitive and/or campaign-based reporting
Be involved in community management by engaging with fans on our social channels and understand how this drives channel strategy
Get a holistic view of how a global social team functions within a corporate business by attending meetings and participating in day-to-day functions
Qualification
Required
Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor's degree
Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
