Responsibilities
Develop and maintain API integrations connecting enrollment, CRM, SIS, and reporting platforms across numerous campuses
Create automation workflows that remove manual data entry and scale effectively as additional campuses are launched
Deliver training to admissions and registrar teams on platform capabilities and produce clear documentation for standardized workflows
Offer responsive technical support and convert user feedback into practical system enhancements
Qualification
Required
3+ years managing CRM or SIS platforms in admissions, enrollment, or registrar environments (e.g., Finalsite, Salesforce, SchoolAdmin, HubSpot, or similar)
Proven experience building and maintaining API-based integrations or automation workflows
Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills
Experience creating technical documentation and training staff on system usage
Process optimization and troubleshooting skills under pressure in operational environments
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Willingness to work remotely within the United States
