Responsibilities
Work on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions within lean teams that provide meaningful responsibility from day one
Engage directly with clients and receive mentorship from senior partners
Collaborate in a collegial, team-oriented culture that supports professional growth
Work on high-impact matters within lean teams that enable earlier responsibility and substantial client interaction with CEOs, boards, and fund principals

Qualification
Required
Mid-level associates interested in high-profile deal experience within a global M&A practice (4–6 years for Am Law 50 Global Firm)
Junior through senior associates interested in a fast-growing corporate practice focused on venture financings and emerging growth company work, growth equity and private equity transactions, and buy- and sell-side M&A (1st–6th year for Am Law 200 Elite Venture Firm)
Hands-on experience with high-caliber clients and transactions
